Elden Ring

Hi everyone! Thank you all so much for the continued feedback. Beta 0.4 hopes to refine what Beta 0.3 set up, and some of the biggest new tweaks are as follows:

  • Seals and Staffs should only be assigned incantation or sorcery boosting effects
  • Seals and Staffs are guaranteed to primarily scale with FTH or INT respectively
  • Increased the drop rates of high tier gear now that I'm reasonably confident you won't be getting Mythic+ weapons immediately
  • Added a 60% chance that non-elemental weapons will only scale with STR or DEX to try and address reports that there are way more INT/FTH/ARC scaling weapons than STR/DEX
  • Bug that stopped you equipping more than one generated talisman at a time should be fixed
  • Tweaked "Restorative" generated SpEffects to trigger at a minimum of every two seconds
  • Added a new SpEffect type that will make you deal more of a particular damage type, but take more of another damage type - look out for "Furious" gear!
  • Kaidan Sellswords can be farmed for early tier Dismounters and their armor
  • Key loot drops such as the Serpent Hunter and Black Flame Ritual should no longer be replaced by DSL
  • Added even more world drops - most Smithing Stone drops gained from corpses should now have DSL loot
  • Added loot to a few reported Remembrances I'd completely missed, including the Fire Giant and Rykard!
  • Under the hood, the generator now has the option of assigning non-random lore to particular item IDs - this was put in to facilitate a potential future addition to the mod!
