I didn't make it, and don't plan to make future releases.
Just paste this on your <game folder>\EiyudenChronicle_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64 , it will overwrite the original file and may break the game, so make a backup of the original "localization-string-tables-english(en)_assets_all.bundle" before trying anything.
