Ranger:
All 3 Tortoise weapon missile speed doubled
Wing Diver:
All Phalanx type weapons: instead of pre-charging, now has a clip, "accuracy loss" effect at lower ammo removed
All Mag Blaster weapons: "damage decrease" effect at lower ammo removed
All Destroyer Blaster weapons: "number of shots fired decrease" effect at lower ammo removed
All Spine Blaster and all Reflection Laser weapons: "range decrease" effect at lower ammo removed
All Pulse Weapons (with the exception of Stardust Cannons) now has a clip instead of pre-charging
All Closed Laser Weapons: now has a clip instead of pre-charging
