This minimod moves the camera forward and downward, to effectively play in first person view.
Weapons do not show on camera and will be apparent from their muzzle flash alone.
Neither player or weapon models will easily clip into view, but the effect can still be triggered (see below).
However, keep in mind that turning a 3rd person view into a FPS isn't as easy as simply moving the camera around.
- Enemies will easily tower over you, obscuring your view.
- Items won't be as easy to spot amidst all the mayhem.
- Vehicles had to be left unchanged, because the tank controls made steering too confusing.
Other technical issues:
- Looking straight down at the ground, will push out the camera in an annoying way.
- Fencer shoulder mounted or otherwise very large weaponry may still clip into view.
- Most energy weapons cause a blinding effect, similar to HDR.
