Enhances FC 25 Player Career. Enjoy realistic contracts (5/9 yrs) & start at 16. Personalities unlocked for all positions. Improved growth, skills (4 pts/lvl), & personality system (up to 7 traits). Features:
  • Contracts offered for renewal or transfer are always 5 years. In the first season of your saved file, you will likely get 9 years (inspired by Chelsea contracts).
  • Using clean slate or custom journey, your player will start at 16 years old.
  • All personalities (for all positions) are now common. There's no need to worry about choosing Maverick, Heartbeat, or Virtuoso based on position. You can use a defender's personality for a striker or any other position; all personalities are unlocked.
  • The minimum percentage to gain a Personality Plus is decreased from 60% to 25%. You can have up to 7 Personality Plus traits, but you need to achieve Tier 7 personality to do so (this makes it more realistic and prevents instantly gaining Personality Plus).
  • Player growth from my manager career tweak mod has been applied here. But there is no decrease in overall rating if playing poorly; the system ensures that players of all ages can grow (this feature is only for other player not yourself, if you playing as real player, i haven't checked or try it myself)
  • Enhanced award criteria (e.g., Player of the Season, Team of the Year). This is similar to my manager mode tweak.
  • Increased skill points gained when leveling up. Initially, it was 3, but I increased it to 4 every time you level up. The maximum level is increased to 80. (I haven't fully tested the max level at 80, but since I successfully made each level-up grant 4 skill points, I assume this is also successful).
  • Slight dynamic leagues have been implemented to make it more entertaining. This ensures the winners of the league and UEFA Champions League vary, not just the big teams always winning. However, it's not overly dynamic; for example, if there are 8 big teams, 6 will perform as usual, and the other two will have a difficult time (inspired by Manchester United ☹ and Spurs).
  • Unimportant objectives have been removed (like scoring from inside or outside the box, though goal-scoring objectives remain; also assists, as you can't rely on the AI). Other objectives I didn't feel were truly important have also been removed.
  • Team selection now relies on overall rating. Say goodbye to the AI playing lower overall players instead of higher-rated ones.
  • Enhanced gameplay and sliders. Just like in my manager career tweak, I implemented this here. Each playstyle (Kick and Rush, Tiki Taka, Counter Attack, Ultra Defensive, Gegenpressing, Possession, Wing Merchant, and Standard) has received a gameplay revamp. This makes facing or using each style feel more distinct and unique. The goal is for all playstyles to have an equal chance of success, with no single style being inherently superior or difficult to face (you need to use all custom slider settings and difficulty set to Professional to Ultimate, preferably Professional, to really see the difference).
  • I also implemented Enhanced Attacker Output: Attackers should now have more opportunities to score and provide assists. In the original game, if you play as an attacker and simulate the match, your scoring percentage is sometimes zero; it feels like you need to play the match to score. So, I decided to implement this in this mod as well.
