This is a remake of the FIFA 23 mod CM Tweaks, made from scratch for FC 24.
List of changes:
Quality of Life:
- Players are always "Very Happy" no matter what.
- No manager sacking.
- Offers made in transfer cutscenes will never be rejected, the CPU manager will instead respond with a counter-offer.
- Initial coach slots increased from 4 to 20. So now you start the career with maximum coach slots.
- Increased chance of finding an expert coach, as well as coaches with 5-star rating on more than one attribute.
Career:
- Stamina recovery from training plans is now faster.
- Decreased stamina lost during matches, so styles with a high press are more viable in the long-term.
- Ballon D'or criteria reworked: no extra points awarded for players with a 90 ovr or more. Minimum 30 games played to even be considered, increased Champions League weight in the voting, reduced Premier League weight to match the other leagues. Instead of Haaland, Mbappe and Vini Jr you will see more varied winners.
- Player minimum retirement age increased from 32 to 38.
- Career starts in July 2024 (Optional).
- Increased player growth rate, as well as the results from training sessions, simulated or otherwise.
Youth academy:
- Minimum youngster age is now 14 instead of 15.
- Way better scout findings, players with a 90-99 potential are much more common.
- Increased 3*-5* weak foot chance for midfield and defensive positions.
