A simple Quality of life mod that changes what level unlocks the lockpicks
Basic lockpick unlock from level 12 -> 5
Expert lockpick unlock from level 19 -> 10
Master lockpick unlock from level 24 -> 15
NOTE: To keep balance, I only changed the level unlock, you will still require the same amount of materials.
