With the great help of Alex101Crusader, I was able to remove this annoying sound from random events in DL2 open world !
INSTALLATION : Open the Dying Light 2 main installation folder and go to "ph\work\data\audio". Create a backup of the file "meta.aesp" and then replace the existing one with the one you downloaded from this mod.
