About this mod
Completely removes Howlers from daytime streets and disables Virals spawning when you are just minding your business. Virals will still spawn from making noise.

I can't begin to tell you how annoyed I feel about this change where during the day Howlers are guarding every street corner and Virals are popping out to attack you while you're just taking a stroll or when you are simply smacking some biters/bandits. I absolutely hate it. (Seriously Techland wtf?) Thus I wanted to make this mod to spare my sanity.
This mod has only been tested in Old Villedor, but it should work in the Downtown area as well.I am hoping to find a way to mod out the Virals spawning from simply attacking something with melee weapons - if I find out how to do that I will update this mod. I've tried to find a way to disable the noise caused via melee weapons, but I couldn't find a way despite spending hours on it. Here's hoping someone will find a way to do that in the future, because disabling Virals spawning from all noise sources is not a good solution imo.
Drop the data2.pak in installdir/ph/source. You can change the number up to 7 if you already have a data2.pak file.
Made for patch 1.15.4.
