These files patch the Ehb, Peninsula, and Aranna maps. When you start up a Single Player game, you will find all veteran or elite content instead of regular. Also have instructions for importing your high-level parties around in SP and playing the Utraean Peninsula in SP.

These files patch the Ehb, Peninsula, and Aranna maps. When you start up a Single Player game, you will find all veteran or elite content instead of regular.

Bringing in your main characters:
To use your preexisting high-level characters, and to access the Peninsula in single and use parties there, it is necessary to install the Siege Editor. You do not actually need to use the editor to build anything, just install the program.

Installation:
- Mods to Dungeon Siege go in the same folder as the main data file, Expansion.dsres: e.g., \Dungeon Siege\DSLOA\
- "Deactivate" one of the files, veteran or elite, by renaming its extension from ".DSRES" to, say, ".OFF" so the game won't load it. Don't run the veteran and elite files at the same time!
Optional:
- 2bilmaxgold.dsres - Tiny mod to change the max Gold carriage to the highest signed 32-bit integer, 2147483647.
Bringing in your main characters:
To use your preexisting high-level characters, and to access the Peninsula in single and use parties there, it is necessary to install the Siege Editor. You do not actually need to use the editor to build anything, just install the program.
- Get the Siege Editor from right here on nexus and install it.
- Load your latest save, after Gom or the Shadowjumper or wherever, and save it again as something simple, say... "X"
- Run the game again by opening one of the executables in the Siege Editor's directory, \Dungeon Siege Tool Kit\. These are DSMod.exe or DSLOAMod.exe. They enable the in-game console (~).
- Start a brand-new single player game. Ehb, Aranna, and the Peninsula should be options in the menu at this point.
- Bring down the console (~), point the cursor at a wide-open patch of ground, and run this command:
