Benisome no Meiyaku: Birth of Blue Teardrop is a role-playing game developed and published by Twilight Express, released in Japan in 2003.
Since the mod was originally created in Japan, the dialogue, quests, items, and NPCs are all in Japanese. Therefore, AI and Google Translate tools have been used to help translate the mod into English for players.
Note:
While the translation is not 100% accurate, it should still be close enough to understand the story and what to do. Some words or sentences may be slightly off or appear odd in certain menus, but overall, if you’re planning to play the mod and don’t understand Japanese, this mod is for you.
Installing: 💿
Firstly you must install the original mod Beni Some no Meiyaku - Birth of Blue Teardrop
Then you drop the following Maps and Resources files within the game files. You will be asked to replace the orginal map and click yes to overwrite the map file.
Steam Directory: 🔭
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dungeon Siege 1\Maps
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dungeon Siege 1\Resources
Uninstalling: 🗑️
If you want to revert back to the original mod you must first make a backup of it and then you can install the translated version since it will overwrite the original dsmap file.
Then you can remove the TWResources English.dsres file from the Resource folder.
