I don't remember where I found this map.
This is not just a minimalistic map with treasure items - the chicken level items are in a nice underground room, and for the townstones you have to actually work a bit - they are scattered in a dungeon full of enemies, complete with enemy generators, locked doors etc.!
This map is from 2002, so it does not require LoA.
