The mod doesn't include the artwork, which is available on Patreon.
The assets, shown in the screenshot, include all the props and the bandit tokens.
The grid floor shown in the picture is included in the standard Dungeon Builder assets and is not part of this pack.
To install, unzip in the software directory and merge the "custom" folder with the existing one.
