About this mod

The second mod in the series, similar Ruler's Better Equipment Mod this mod aims to rebalance the apartment systems and slow down player progression, by increasing the prices of hideouts based on self-made formula.

In vanilla, the most expensive hideout in the game is only $2600 which after the intial early stages of the game is nothing.
New prices are calculated based on several factors:

Meterage
This is chosen based on the lowest average cost of a home per square foot in the US.
So in game the minimum of $54 and a maximum of $270 per square meter. So based solely based off this, the maximum price for the biggest house is $29,511 which is a fair amount of money.
The minimum per square meter is represented by a "m"
What area its in
What area its in will also effect the price.
Because we know the minimum and maximum price per square meter we can calculate the max multiplier before the price would go over he maximum price per square meter
which in this case the max multipler is rounded to 5. So the mutiply highest multiplier is 5.
Using this method we can calculate a price based on where the hideout is located at, obviously a hideout inside sector C be much more expensive then a hideout inside East Old Town. 
Base Multipliers:
East Old Town: m x 1.5 - Not a bad neighborhood, but far from a good one.
West Old Town: m x 1.25 - Worse than East Old Town, but not by much.
Old Market: m x 1.75 - Good location, better then both east and west old town, but being next to two towers things tend to get loud.
Stink: m x 2.5 - The good neighborhood of Sector A.
Kennel: m x 1 - The bad neighborhood of Sector A.
Supermarket Area: m x 2.5 - On par with Stink.
Mid deadtown: m x 2 - On par with Old Market Place but without the noise.
West deadtown: m x 3 - This is where the "poor rich" people live. They even have a nightclub!
Construction Site: m x 3 - a lot of it is still under construction but its in Sector C which is home to good neighborhoods.
Factory South: m x 3 - Out of the way, but inside sector C.
Commune: m x 4.5 - Good neighborhood!
Tower Blocks:m x 5 - Good neighborhood and is even next to a shop!
Factory North: m x 4 - Nothern part of Sector C, almost to fancy hills, but out of the way.

What drug sells in that area
To help further balance it we have to consider what drug is the main drug in that area? Sector C wants coke, which if Coke is being sold at 87 dollars per gram, a hideout that cost 13905 can be bought after selling 225 grams of Coke, which isn't a lot when dealers and clients can easily order 150g+ on weekends. We can take the max Profit. So we need to establish an amount of drugs for each sector to achieve before you can start buying hideouts there. Luckily the game has done the majority of the heavy lifting for us, as the map is already divided into sectors which you progress through as you enter early game (sector A), mid game (sector B), and late game (Sector C). 

Sector A: Amp (Min Profit: $5) - 150g worth of min profit amp, min profit because your just starting out so your rep is expected to be poor therefore so are your prices.
Sector B: Meth (Mid Profit: $9) - 300g Worth of mid profit meth, mid profit because Sector B is the mid game.
Sector C: Coke (Max Profit: $62) - 300g worth of max profit coke.

So we can add the prices below to the Prices we get from "what area its in"
Sector A: $750
Sector B: $2700
Sector C: $18600

Does it have a savepoint?
If no, then take off 10% of the price of the hideout.
The vanilla price of the hideout
I like to add the original prices of hideouts to new prices as a little nod to the old prices and any work put into them.

To make values for reasonable, the total prices have been reduced based on sector:
Hideouts in Sector A are reduced by 50%
Hideouts in Sector B are reduced by 40%
Hideouts in Sector C are reduced by 25%


So with the meat of the math done, we can start calculating the prices of apartments using the information above.

Installation
Important Notes: Any mod that uses the same file ARE NOT compatible and need to be manually merged. Renaming the file to something else will not work. If it uses the same folder but not the same file then it is fine.

Before modding your game in anyway backup your save games found in %localappdata%\DrugDealerSimulator\Saved\Serialized to somewhere safe on the rare occasion something goes wrong.

1. Download UnrealModUnlockerBasic from https://illusory.dev/

2. Launch UnrealModUnlockerBasic Setup 0.34.1.exe and navigate to your Drug Dealer Simulator's Win64 Folder
Should be something similar to this: \steamapps\common\DrugDealerSimulator\DrugDealerSimulator\Binaries\Win64

3. Click on Patch and then OK on the popups. Exit out of the application once done.

4. Open up the .zip/.rar file of the mod and take any content based folders and put it inside your content folder located in your Drug Dealer Simulator folder.
Should be something similar to this: steamapps\common\DrugDealerSimulator\DrugDealerSimulator\Content
Content based folders are folders like Datatables, Drugs, WorldControlers, etc NOT the mod folder like Gang Order Buff.
