Hello there! me and my friends are playing D.O. and I wanted to make an overhaul mod for the game. The goal of this mod is to overhaul most of the systems in the game, from shields to structure, missiles to mines; this mod edits TUNS of aspects of the game! I hope you enjoy these path of exile type Patch notes!

INSTILLATION & COMPATIBILITY
~~~~

Install:

If you have installed any other mods you already know how to re-name this file so its higher in the pecking order, if not I'll explain.
Navigate over to your Drox Operative install folder, once there go into the folder called 'Assets' and drop in this Zipped file(do NOT
Unzip this file) Once you do That, You'll have the Files - assets001, assets002, assets003, and now my mod, assets004. If you want to use other mods with this mod, make sure that my mod has the biggest 00x tag. so for example you have another mod,
that file will be 'assets004' and you'll need to re-name my file to assets005. thats the way the pecking order works with this file
structure.

Compatibility:

Should work with just about any thing, but any thing i've changed will over wright any changes other mods make to the same items/classes/any thing really.

Leveling
~~~~
EXP needed to level is now 1920 down from 3000.
if you are much lower level then the zone you are in you will gain up to 75% more EXP.
Winning with Reputation in a sector is now 1500 down from 3000. making it much more likely to happen.(please let me know
how you guys like this level of sector clearing. I find it only takes around 10(Boss/legendary Quests) to 40 quests to clear a zone now.
Killing a boss/legendary enemy now rewards 50% more EXP. up from 25%.

Identification and scanning:

This was far too slow for me and my friends so all Identification and opening and scanning items/planets are set to 0.1 second.

Weapon Balance:
~~~~
every aspect of weapon damages are now about 20% to 30% stronger.
Missiles now deal splash damage(up to 250 Radius up from 0.00) and have a re-use time of 0.75 down from 3 seconds.
Beam Weapons now deal 25% more damage. and there Minimum damage is 40% higher. and damage fall off is now only 50% instead of 90%.
Bombs now have Higher splash damage radius(350 up from 25). and there re-use time is now 1.00 second down from 3.00 seconds.
Mines now have up to 600 Splash radius(scales with level on gear) up from 70. Re-use time is now 1.00 down from 5.00 seconds.
Hellfire Special Weapon now deals 250% more damage and the damage ticks are every 0.75 seconds down from 1.00 second.
Lightning Aura weapon now has 600 radius up from 125, and deals its damage every 0.75 seconds down from 1.00 second.
Fighter/bombers now have a max count of 10 up from 3. (Minion builds viable yay!) damage remains Unchanged in any way.
Ballistic weapons now have a re-use time of 0.75 down from 3 seconds. Energy cost lowered 10% still expensive to fire tho.

All Base stats of any lv 1 ship is now 15 in all stats and 5 in command.
Energy at level one is now 100 flat up from 75.
Ship max move speed is now 350 up from 200.
ship max turn speed is now 1250 up from 1000.
Most ships now have an extra Power Plant Slot and or there other class bonus have ben changed. 
Note: none of the race bonuses go past 4 bonus slots.

HUMAN: Bonuses, +5 tactical and computers. +50% damage per Tactical point. 57% attack per Computers point.
Extra Power Plant Slot, Extra Mine Slot, Extra Computer Boost Slot Extra Human Crew Slot.

DRYAD: Bonuses, +5 Structural and Engineering. +57% Structural bonus per Structure point. +40% energy per point of Engineering.

Bags now only require level 1 to 5 to equip and 16 slot bags no longer require and drop at lv 100.

Enemies @ difficulty level 200(Ultimate Difficulty) Can now be up to level 220.
Enemies @ difficulty level 200(Ultimate Difficulty) now deal 33% more damage and have 35% more Health/def.

Gear now has about 25% more durability.

Medium Gear Changes

Med. Thrusters now have a small amount of shield regeneration.
Med. Shields now have 20 to 200% more flat shield regeneration.
Computers can now spawn with armor regeneration.

Power Plants now provide 25% more Max Power Load.

Crew Changes

Crew now can spawn there stats with +1 to an extra stat. for example, if it would spawn with +1 to helm it gets another +1 added to that.
Crew that spawn with + Max Power Load now spawn with a base of 15 Up from 2.
Crew Drop rates are now 0.7 up from 0.6.
