Changelogs
Version 1.0.2
New fix for the random infinite loading screen.
Version 1.0.1
Fixed an infinite loading screen bug when loading a save with lower than default values
Adds a slider in the RE Gui for controlling the amount of NPCs visible. Can be used to either reduce pop-in or improve performance!
Increasing the limit fixes the random NPC pop-in when in town. Increasing the limit will also have a significant performance impact in town, using a frame generation mod is generally recommended. Lowering the limit may cause bugs, use at your own discretion and backup your saves! Lowering the limit takes time to take effect during gameplay, open/close the main menu for it to take effect faster.
Requires REFramework to work.
Installation: Place the zip at "[FluffyModManagerLocation]\Games\DragonsDogma2\Mods" Enable the mod in the mod manager Run the game Open the RE Framework GUI with the hotkey (Insert by default) Open the last option Script Generated UI Open the NPC Limit Control menu Select a Preset or use the slider to adjust the limit
