Makes Scarlet Kisses easier to trigger by reducing the required inputs/second from 5 to 4.

I have trouble mashing fast enough to trigger Scarlet Kisses using my thumb, so I reduced the necessary inputs/second to trigger it from 5 to 4.
There are vocation overhaul mods that do this, but I prefer to keep to the game's intended balance (even if it is a bit scuffed.)
Please be aware that due to how these variables are stored in the game's files, this mod will likely be incompatible/conflict with any other mod that changes the Thief vocation's other active or core skills. I do not know how Fluffy Mod Manager handles conflicts or load orders.
Install with Fluffy Mod Manager the same way you would install most other mods.
