Tidal Wrath starting after the long wind-up and Masterful Kill having such a short time-frame to parry were annoying me. Especially since the enemies move so erratically in this game. Well, now they worth it. Added extended Dodge-Frames to Skiedragoun's Feste
Masterful Kill Parry Frames: ~90 (should be 93.33 by my calculations, assuming the original parry window is 30 frames)
Tidal Wrath instant parry windup (nearly instant, about 3 frames i guess), Parry duration same as vanilla, unless you have some Rebalance mods going that edit the user.2 parameter
Skiedragoun's Feste Perfect Dodge Frames extended by ~23 frames
Added an optional version that provides the changes mentioned above as well as modifies the warrior normal (+25% speed) & heavy (+50% speed) attacks. Use either main or optional, as they'll overwrite each other. Also be sure to let me know if the changes are OP/not enough as well as if the warrior changes should be part of the main version. I'll make it configurable eventually tho.
