A simple, lazy, and brief edit to hair 12 to make it longer.
Actually my first mod, wanted to test modding and I plan to improve this mod, and do more long hairs eventually (don't care about the clipping, hope you don't, too).
I need to learn about textures because looks weird, but this is it in the meantime, hope you enjoy.
