Attempting to fix a rare startup issue, nothing has changed otherwise.
Increases ray tracing resolution to full resolution instead of the default 0.4 (halved) and disables the aggressive denoiser which causes lots of smearing during movement. This will probably have some performance impact.
Requires REFramework to work. Disabling the script within REFramework will require reloading a save, or just use the script debug gui to tweak the values directly.
