Heal your character and pawns for every second. The value is configurable, in battle healing can be tweaked.
To make the hp bar smoother, the healing value is no precise (framerate related). Adjust it yourself.
Put the file to reframework/autorun. The final path should be "Dragons Dogma 2\reframework\autorun\XXX.lua"

Customize UI: Press insert key to open REFramework menu, find "Script Generated UI", find "Natural Heal", there you go.
