The first version of the mod I had the materials weightless
Two Versions now:

Install only one of them
All items will weight half as much
I didn't change the armor or weapons, but every other item, just to help mitigate the awful weight management in this game

Easy:
Drag&drop Half Weighted Items.pak into Fluffy Mod Manager window
Manual:
Copy Half Weighted Items.pak to "whatever_mod_manager_folder"\Games\DragonsDogma2\Mods
Click on mod in mod list to enable it
Uninstallation:

Uninstall with Fluffy Mod Manager
Manual:
Remove from "whatever_mod_manager_folder"\Games\DragonsDogma2\Mods manually
Compatibility:
