I retextured the Crimson and Chimeric series to look more like the equipment of the Golden and Silver Knights at BBI. I like the shiny things, they look gorgeous.
- Permissions and credits
Heavy equipment was out of scope for me, but the comments piqued my interest, so I made it.
After all, shiny things make me happy to see them. Sometimes, heavy equipment is not so bad.
Main Files
1. Armor, Headgear, Arm gear (for both male and female)
Crimson series --> recolored to shining gold
Chimeric series --> recolored to shining silver
2. Leg equipment
The Golden Knight's leg equipment seems to be a combination of Crimson Sabatons and Iron Cuisses leg guards, except for the color.
But I dislike the Sabatons design. So I based the male version on Hero's Cuisses and the female version on the greaves in the Captain's
Armor set.
( for male )
Immortal's Sabatons --> replaced with Hero's Cuisses and recolored to gold.
Mercenary Slogs --> same as above, but made silver.
( for female )
Crimson Sabatons --> replaced with Captain's Greaves and recolored to gold.
Chimeric Sabatons --> same as above, but made silver.
Only the leg equipment seems to have a different light source than the others. I tried many things, but could not match the appearance.
It's a shame.
3. Cloak (for both male and female)
Tattered Mantle -> based on White Hawk Cape, like Crimson
Alchemickal Cloak -> same as above, like Prussian Blue
These are based on White Hawk Cape and recolored.
This was the only cloak I could find that didn't have a hood, didn't cover the shoulders, was long, and simple in design.
However, the inside of this cloak is forced to be painted blue from somewhere other than the texture, so it got mixed up and turned out to be a weird color.
Incidentally, it does not affect the original White Hawk Cape, so it should be usable as before.
4. Wear
Silver Cuirass for male -> glossy black
Silver Cuirass for female -> cut the hem, glossy black (same as Female Paladin Style)
Silver Hosen for male only -> glossy black
Optional Files (for female only, extra)
The equipment of Golden & Silver Knights is too heavy looking for females.
So I changed and recolored them to make them a little lighter.
1. Rouge and Azure Knights
Removed the billowing metal plates from the waist to the knees of the armor and made them red and blue knights.
Bronze Cuirass, Gauntlets -> replaced with Crimson series and added luster.
Bronze Sabatons -> replaced with Captain's Greaves and recolored red.
Steel Cuirass, Gauntlets -> replaced with Chimeric series and recolored to shiny blue.
Steel Sabatons -> replace with Captain's Greaves, recolored blue.
The above equipment can be used with Golden & Silver Knights at the same time.
Crimson Armet -> luster
Chimeric Armet -> glossy blue
These are the same files as the Golden & Silver Knights headgear, so pick and choose.
2. Circlets for Golden & Silver Knights, unhelmed
Dragonwing Circlet -> recolored to shining silver. I think it is a little cleaner than the Small Valkyrie style.
Laurel Circlet -> replaced with Dragonwing Circlet and recolored to shining gold. It can be used at the same time as Silver's.
3. Another version of the Golden and Silver Knights armor
Removed the billowing metal plate from the waist to the knees and replaced it with a mini-skirt version of the Maiden Petticoat.
Crimson Plate -> modified as above for the Golden Knight Armor.
Chimeric Half Plate -> modified as above for the Silver Knight Armor.
These are the same files as the Golden & Silver Knights body armor, so pick and choose.
To install
- Backup your files.
- Place files in \steamapps\common\DDDA\nativePC\rom\eq\ <each folder>.

"Berserk Equipment Restored" is very useful as a modification base because even the clothing and cape have their own cool design.
