This is what the Adept's Hat should have been. This mod may have some unavoidable issues but I really like it and I decided to share it with the rest of the community. If you can't stand the problems then feel free to not use\uninstall my mod.

ISSUES
this mod has a few issues regarding hair.
Problem 1: your character's hair will severely clip through the hat and only a few hairstyles will there be no issue (see pic #2)

Problem 2: due to the nature of replacing and editing models and textures both the hat and circlet will encounter minor model problems (see pic #3).  To save time on loading, DDDA will automatically load previous models if they are the same. In other words, if you select the circlet and then the hat then your character will be bald and the hat will look like the edited circlet. if your select the hat and then the circlet then your hair will appear through the flaps of the vanilla "hat" (again see pic #3)

TIPS TO RESOLVE ISSUES
Solution 1: choose the same hair color as my character or a similar one as it is almost the same color as the main area it will clip through.

Solution 2: unequip any Mistletoe Circlets or Adept's Hats you or your pawns might have on, exit the equipment menu, and reenter it and select the head piece(the hat or modded circlet) you want without loading the other.
