Increased Landscape LOD for better collision accuracy, further reduced foliage & shadows among several other performance tweaks/improvements
The optimizations introduced in this mod will allow the game to run smoothly on pre-Haswell systems (Core 2 Duo or possibly even older CPUs), integrated graphics and <2GB RAM.
(The reduction in fidelity is very severe at these settings, to the point the game looks like a N64/PS2-era demake)
I originally created it as a joke to see just how far I could push this title on extremely low-end hardware, but I enjoyed the results in some twisted way, so i've decided to unleash this abomination.
Be sure to enable 'Synthesized BGM" under 'Misc' -> 'System Settings' -> 'Audio Settings' for the authentic experience!
