Jasper's Sword is something we've datamined from the game back in December 2020 -- at the time there wasn't much to do with it as it was left inaccessible in normal gameplay. All we really had was the name, WeaponID and the model.
I've now mapped it to the Uber Falcon Blade (making it accessible in normal gameplay) and added stats back to it, making it the most powerful weapon in the game.
It is believed that this version of the sword is supposed to be accessed after this sequence (very late in the game, exclusive to Definitive Edition), but was scrapped later in development, leaving just a placeholder:
