Big thanks to @mike9k1 and @Tella91 for providing the community with fantastic mods: Higher Levels (Continued Stat Progression) & Uncapped Offensive Spells and Bang-spells - Magic Burst Visual Rework

A combination of those two mods and added damage cap and scaling increase with spells/abilities not included in those mods

Permissions and credits
Damage cap and scaling adjustment of OFFENSIVE SPELLS mod to accomodate the added spells of HIGHER LEVELS mod.

* = Replace the fixed damage range that scales with attributes with Attack damage scaling akin to other abilities such as Unbridled Blade, Helichopter, and so on.

** = Damage cap and attribute scaling raised
