Jade Skin - Sweaty Sweetie
This mod adds a subtle (yet sexy) layer of sweat to Jade's skin. Of important note, this solely modifies her specular maps which means that the new visible sweat will be fully dynamic and entirely dependent upon the lighting of each scene/environment. Only her base outfit is affected as of 2018/10/03, but I intend to progressively modify her other outfits as well.
This required a lot of trial and error to create because I wanted Jade's sweat to be noticeable in most scenes without making her stick out like a sore thumb when compared to the other characters. And let's face it, the characters of Dragon Quest XI tend to have a very matte skin where even rugged ruffians look like adorable marzipan figurines. Somehow the sweat is very apparent in the Equipment Menu (see the screenshots above), but much less so during in-game cutscenes. I've also limited the sweat on her face to just a subtle glow to preserve most of her graceful feminine charm. That's right, Jade's skin pores only produce sweat in the sexiest spots!
Also, since only the specular maps are altered, this mod will be perfectly compatible with other skin mods that change her skin tone or add tattoos/scars/features, so long as those do not alter the specular maps as well (which very few of them do).
