Adds better rewards for collecting mini medals

This mod reworks the mini medal milestones by (1) offering better rewards sooner, and (2) adding more rewards later with even rarer items. This means that players will be more incentivized to regularly collect mini medals throughout the adventure and visit Morgan Minimann in Aliahan more often.
