Fix FPS and Lower or Raise the Level and Status Boost of any Characters for all DLC's.
NEW Fix FPS: This will allow you to fix the drops at 30 FPS that the game suffered while performing some Super Attacks and also increase the FPS to other higher values if you want.
Open the table in the Cheat Engine 7.5, open the process list and load the game, load a saved game and then check the Player Stats checkbox, select a character and change the level and Status Boost parameters you want and then perform a fight, when you finish the fight the characters will be with the new levels.
Gotenks and Vegito from the battle against Super Bu can also be leveled up, but only the ones from this battle will be changed, not the ones from the Potala or Fusion Skill.
