This mod removes Bloom, Depth of Field and Chromatic Aberration and readjusts some more of Distance Scale and Level of Detail.

Max Anisotropy=16 / Improves Texture Quality
Default Feature AntiAliasing=2 / Forces TAA
Post Process AA Quality=6 / Forces Max AntiAliasing Quality
Mip Map LOD Bias=-1 / Ensures that the Highest Quality MipMaps are being used
Skeletal Mesh LOD Bias=-2 / Increases Texture detail on objects/people/etc
Static Mesh LOD Distance Scale=0.25 / Increases Render distance for static meshes
foliage LOD Distance Scale=10 / Increases Render distance for foliage, Helps with "popping in" of grass/trees/etc
View Distance Scale=10 / Increases Mesh Render distance, Helps with "popping in" of cars/people/buildings/etc
Shadow Distance Scale=10 / Increases distance for Shadow 
Tonemapper Grain Quantization=0 / Disables Grain
Tonemapper Quality=0 / Disables Vignette
Scene Color Fringe Quality=0 / Disables Chromatic Aberration
Lens Flare Quality=0 / Disables Lensflares
