About this mod

This mod contains a rebalancing of all Transformations in the game, and a significant(but optional) nerf to Ki-Charge, to accompany the changes.

Permissions and credits
NOTE: This mod is NOT compatible with my "Kaioken No HP Drain" as it has a version of it already integrated.
Additionally, it is also NOT compatible with TheReckon's "Better Transformations and traits+Ki Overhaul" as the Mods modify the same files. (Also big thanks to him for all the amazing info and guides found on his discord server. Thank you sir.)
Tested and working for ver 2.0+

To install just put the .pak file in "mods" folder.

The goal behind this Mod, is to make it so forms aren't just "duh here's more damage". But to make them have weaknesses and strengths, where possible inspired by the Official Series showings. 

There's also a SECOND MOD, called "Ki Charge Nerf" which, well does exactly what it says. I created it, as i feel Ki charging is way too fast and broken, and basically cheapens or invalidates most changes i've made. This second Mod makes Ki Charge be 4 Times slower.

Regardless, both mods are independent from each other, and you can add both, or a single one of the two, doesn't matter. They work independently. 




Balance Changes 

GENERAL CHANGES: 

ALL CHANGES ALSO APPLY TO THE "AUTO TRANSFORMATIONS" THINGIES YOU CAN UNLOCK AND EQUIP TO AUTO TRANSFORM AT THE START OF A FIGHT.

All SSJ forms, and Potential Unleashed have +30% Base Damage. This means, that SSJ1 at LVL1, will start at +50% and not at +20%. This also means that SSJ Blue, will cap out at 280% and not at 250%. 

Kaioken will now drain a low amount of Ki, AND NOT HEALTH until you max it out at lvl 3, where it won't drain anything. Additionally, it has been nerfed, and now it gives a lower Damage Boost. (Note: Kaioken will say it drains HP and not Ki, this is just a Description thing, it won't drain HP but KI, i just can't be bothered to change the description file, as it is very laggy and a pain.)

True Namekian Fusion's Damage Boost, has been buffed to be stronger than SSJ1, but weaker than SSJ2. This makes it more similar to how it was in the anime and overall less garbage.

Note: the -1.5Ki (for instance), refers to the Ki drain of the Transformation, and MS means Move Speed. The other values are pretty self explanatory.

LVL1: -0.5ki    15% Damage
