This isn't just an audio replacer for the opening video. I edited the original video and used the Budokai 3 (USA version) opening song. Slapping the song over the original video just doesn't work. Like in any case where someone has done that.

This mod replaces the intro video with one where I edited the original video and used the opening song from the "Dragonball Z Budokai 3" game for PS2. The music is the USA version. I mention that because I think the Japanese version has lyrics. It probably only works with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 because of a limitation that exists within the tools currently available for the conversion process.
Installation is just drag and drop basically. You should probably back up the original file of the same name or just rename it to "C00_000_S000_mov.usm.bak". Then put my file (C00_000_S000_mov.usm) in the directory. It's located at:
DRAGON BALL Z KAKAROT\AT\Content\Movies
For example... With the location of my Steam install, the directory is located at:
C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\DRAGON BALL Z KAKAROT\AT\Content\Movies
