I checked my email and someone finally suggested something interesting to me (joke... kinda). All this does is replace the material and textures for Super Saiyan to be pale similar to the coloring in the ol' anime or games. I may've missed some but oh well.
This should cover all the characters. This won't work if you have mods that replace the Super Saiyan textures.
This is just a quick mod; don't expect more; and don't contact me about my mods.
Installation: Drag and drop the zPale Super Saiyan Retexture.pak into your ~mods folder
