These mods change the Colors of many of the Characters to the Colors of the Digital Manga Edition.
This is the mod that changes the color of the eyes to those of the Digital Manga Edition All Super Saiyajin Blue Eyes
Note: Some characters were not possible for me to modify all the colors, Gohan (Teen) blue wristbands, the colors of Trunks (Sword) belt and sword buckles and the colors of Goku's boots.
INSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the .PAK .UCAS .UTOC into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
