This mod unlocks 16 hidden story mode characters in the Roaster with their techniques different from those characters that can normally be selected and its trasformations, and also adds the necessary data they were missing to be fully playable.

Reset Outfits: This mod is a set of costumes (without image) that restores the original costume for some of these characters, this is useful if you changed some costume and you can't go back to the original costume because the character doesn't have it.
Note: Some lines of dialogue may be missing from the intros, but all characters are fully playable and have the necessary skills to play the game.
INSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the .PAK .UCAS .UTOC into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.

In order for this mod to work you will first need to install Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Signature Bypass
In this video you can clearly see that it is not possible to use mods online, I have never confirmed under any circumstances that mods work online and I have always commented that you should not use any mod online, there is a high risk of being banned.
