We all know Vegito is strong enough to generate lightning sparks around him even in base form. And there are several artworks depicting that capability using only Super Saiyan as well. However, it's used much more sparingly in the Z anime, often only used as a response to a powerful attack or when powering up, transforming etc. The sparking team went a bit crazy with the VFX and now that static surge is up constantly
This mod removes it almost entirely. Just like in the anime, you'll only catch small glimpses of it during key moments, but it stays true to what we remember growing up
