unpack the zip file -> copy/move the files inside the folder to this location -> 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DRAGON BALL Sparking! ZERO\SparkingZERO\Content\Paks\~mods   

(If u don´t have a ~mods folder just create one and place the files from the folder inside)
