Changes the logo on Videl (Super) outfit to the Bowser one.

While i was messing around learning mod basics (music ones in this case), i kept seeing Videl in the gallery and her outfit just kept making me tilt, making me see her logo as quite similar to the Bowser one (not that much in hindsight, but hey)
The thought wouldn't leave my mind, and i needed some practice, so i mixed business and pleasure and made that silly idea a reality!
So yeah this mod doesn't have a real purpose or is originated from some weird obscure reference, it's just for goofs, but seeing some of the mods that have already been published so far, i can tell some people are quite into said goofs, so why not add to the pile!
