Sliders of my lovely goth qunari Rook!
I also included a savefile so you can import her appearance when starting a new game.

Someone on Reddit asked for the sliders of my Rook when I posted a screenshot of her, so I thought I'd share her here!
I spent 3+ hours in CC on her alone and have been playing with her for over 100 hours, so I love that other people adore her as much as I do!
I've included 2 files:
1) The Slider file contains screenshots of the sliders in cc, named and sorted per category.
It will take some time to recreate her this way, but if you want to make your Rook look like this mid-playthrough then this is the only way.
2) The Preset file contains one of the savefiles of her. This will allow you to simply import her appearance in cc. This doesn't work in the mirror of transformation, only at the start of a new game. But it is very quick and easy, and you can still change anything you like about the appearance after importing it, so I recommend this method if you're wanting to use her in a new playthrough.
For the Preset file you will need to place the folder in your save directory, which is usually in this location:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games\UniqueID
Note: The savefile I provided for the preset is pretty late in the game, as I made some changes to her appearance along the way. If you don't want any spoilers, I recommend you don't load that save in the game and only use it to import the appearance onto a new character.
