You may download a save game to import the character or a zip file with screenshots of all the presets I used to create the character.
Installation via save game
In case you never started the game before, please do so, before copying over the save game file, and creating a first character — this way the folder will be created under the documents folder. After starting the game for the first time (play the bar scene), save the game, and exit the game.
That's it. You are good to go. Enjoy the game!

- Next, navigate to - C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games\<random numbers>\ or click on documents in your file browser. Extract the zip file from the download and put it into this folder. The folder structure should look like the one of your other characters.
- Start the game once again and create a new human female character and you should be able to import - Lilya
That's it. You are good to go. Enjoy the game!
