This is a save to import in Dragon Age: the Veilguard during character creation. I think it's quicker and simplier than giving you the sliders.
Usually, in Steam, saves are registered in
D:\[USERNAME]\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games\[YOUR ID]\[character folder]
Just put my save file in a character folder, and you're will be able to import it during character
creation. The name of this Rook is Katarina (you will be able to change it).
