Tiny very subtle mod that tones down very harsh unblended shadow/contour on the cheeks on Felassan's normal map which makes him look a bit blotchy in certain lighting... changes nothing but cheek shadow.
I get they wanted to make him snatched but people, you gotta blend! 😆
Too lazy now to make more good compare pics.. might add later...

Felassan doesn't have his own dedicated texture.. he uses the one called "Cedric"
Characters/Generic/Elf/Male/Heads/Cedric/Textures
Will affect Rooks and NPC's that use that complexion.
