Small edit of the "Rugged 2" complexion to make it less jarring.

A small complexion edit I did for my own Rook.
Replaces "Rugged 2" in the character creator. I've mainly edited the normal map to give it less sharp edges on the cheeks and forehead.
I've Included sliders for my Rook in optional files, should anyone be interested :)
Install with Frosty Mod Manager.
