It is a long video as I try to explain as much as possible. Also why it took so long to edit, export and then upload. 
In this tutorial I show you how to do full character swaps, just head character swaps and outfit swaps using Frosty Editor.

I explain how to do swaps and extra information which is hopefully helpful.
I show adding the Templar Outfit to Blackwall
Then adding Ser Barris head morph to make Ser Barris in his Templar outfit as Blackwall
Just swapping Samson's head to Blackwall
Then added an outfit.
Then two examples of Race + Character Swap.
Showing that some characters and/or race swaps don't work.
Fiona to Josephine and showing it works with Dalishious's Grand Enchanter Fiona Mod which makes her look how she looks in the Books.
