My character has finally reached this point just before going to Skyhold. I wanted to finish doing many things! ugh Hinterlands..
The song may not be for everyone, but this is my favorite part of DAI. To me, it's beautiful and inspirational ^_^

He released a single from a show "Next Time You Fall in Love".
I must be honest here,.. I didn't like that song at all, thought it was way to theatrical and posed. But I've noticed that this sort of stuff appears a lot in American movies , so it's probably a difference in cultural approach (or however you would name it)
The part after wich the gladiator dies and the queen holds her speech is another such moment and there's also such a moment in saving private Ryan.
All excellent movies , but to me those parts are way over the top and to dramatic.
It could al;so be that I simply lag the right characteristics to truly appreciate it. I'll leave that in the middle
Also I must say Hollywood musicals are the worst! I've never seen Gladiator or Saving Private Ryan. They're probably not musicals. Musical elements? Cats 2019 though.. ohgawd >_<
In both those movies those more theatrical parts came over as slightly "patronizing" en attaching some sort of "do good" lesson there where there was absolutely no need to. So, way to much for me (even though those movies in itself are good movies).
You're right about Cullen and his singing, way to educated voice, but perhaps he did practice in secret . I always suspected him of having a secret crush on Leliana
I think I want to try DAO and DA2 later
Mostly because of what "bare your blade" and "stand your ground" means
