There are definitely more cheat-like ways of doing this, but this is the one that I like and use.

The game keeps a running tally of how many statues you've picked up and used.  All this mod does is change the five and three statue doors so that when you activate them they remove only one statue from the tally. You still need to collect eight halla statues because you need a set number in the tally to even activate the door. Use the wiki if you're not sure where they all are by now. If the quest Herd of Stone Halla completes before you reach the fade rift you have enough halla statues to open the last two doors.

Follow this schedule to do it:

1. Use the halla statue you find in the courtyard to open the Eastern Storage Room, then enter the palace.
2. When you get to the garden, climb the trellis and pick up the first statue. Clean out the library of loot and open Upper Garden Door.
3. Back to the ballroom for the second bell.
4. The servants quarters - collect all the statues and open Celene's Vault.
5. Return to the ballroom by way of the trophy room by distracting the guards and picking up the loot in there. Back for the second bell.
6. After dancing with Florianne, return to the fountain garden and open the Lower Garden Door that leads down the stairs. Pick up stuff there.
7. Go to the Royal wing and kick the harlequin. Pick up the halla in the room.
8. Backtrack and open Empress's Private Quarters and deal with the tied up guard.
9. Collect the last of the halla statues, confront Florianne, close the fade rift.
10. Open the last two rooms (Lower Royal Wing Left and Right Doors) and return to the ballroom.

It works. I've done it several times. Use the Dragon Age wiki if you're having trouble locating the statues.

Install the mod before you activate the first door. Safe to uninstall when you return to Skyhold.

No known conflicts.

The best thing about this mod's method is that it doesn't even feel like a cheat, more like the way the doors should have worked in the first place.
