This is a post-game save of my level 27 Dalish Rift Mage. She romanced Solas. Almost all of the recipes, schematics, mounts, and Skyhold customizations are unlocked if you want to sync them to your Golden Nug. She has a ton of gold and Tier 3/4 crafting materials. The party is wearing Tier 4 gear. This is NOT a completionist save. There are still some side-quests left undone, but all of the Inner Circle quests and major side-quests were completed.
This save is from a modded game. If you want to use it without any mods installed, you will need to trick the game into thinking it is a version higher (Version 12). Instructions here.

Orlais
Where once war raged, there is now a shaky peace. Orlais is resurgent, the empress a patron of arts and culture.Many attribute this recovery to her lady love, though others wonder how long their reunion will truly last. Fortunately for Celene, her gratitude towards the Inquisition has remained strong. Some claim she clings too tightly to the alliance - others know it is all that stands between her and defeat. Her subjects approve of the alliance even if some claim it is the only reason she yet clings to power.
The Grey Wardens
Those Grey Wardens who survived the battle at Adamant ventured north into exile. They returned to the mighty fortress of Weisshaupt, and word slowly spreads that a battle for control of the Order has erupted. If Hawke reaches Weisshaupt with them is unknown. Indeed, before long, all news out of Weisshaupt ends. Slowly, the Wardens withdraw from across the north as well. Some believe the ancient order is on the verge of vanishing forever.
The Chantry and the Divine
One month after the defeat of Corypheus, the Chantry names Cassandra as successor to the Sunburst Throne. Given the name Divine Victoria, she immediately enacts reform: a new Templar Order, and a new Circle of Magi. The Seekers of Truth are rededicated to their purpose of protecting the innocent. A proclamation of support for the Inquisition is issued, recognizing its service to all of Thedas. Despite her popularity, the new Divine's reforms are seen by some as going too far. A new sect arises, demanding a return to the status quo on threat of war.The new Seekers prove their mettle by being instrumental in defeating this sect and restoring the peace.
The Mages
The Inquisition's mages – the former rebels led by Grand Enchanter Fiona – are left with a choice.In the end, they refuse Cassandra's invitation to rejoin the Circle of Magi and instead reform the College of Enchanters as a new order.The College, they say will allow mages of the South to gather in peace and seek new solutions to age-old problems.From the beginning, the College and the Circle have clashed – and some fear it will lead to a new war of the mages upon themselves.
The Inquisition
Its web of influence is felt in every hall. Through diplomacy and the trading of favors, it has gathered the power to shake kingdoms.

Dorian
Approval: Friendship (He's in a Romance with Iron Bull.)
Personal Quests: Told Dorian about the letter. Dorian talks to his father instead of leaving.
Post-Corypheus: Says he won't return to Tevinter for a while. Stays.
Vivienne
Approval: Neutral. (Did not support her for Divine.)
Personal Quests: Gave her the snowy wyvern heart. Met Bastien's Family, but Vivienne did not give me a Formari ring (approval too low).
Post-Corypheus: Stays.
Solas
Approval: Max Approval. Romanced.
Personal Quests: Destroyed the summoning circle to free his spirit friend. Let Solas kill the mages.
Post-Corypheus: Gone :(
Cole
Approval: Friendship.
Personal Quests: Cole is a Spirit. (Took him to the Final Battle. Corypheus tried to bind him and failed.)
Post-Corypheus: Cole says he would like to stay and help for a while. Stays.
Sera

Personal Quests: Made Harmond Serve the Inquisition. Completed all of Sera's War Table Missions.
Post-Corypheus: Told her "Of course, you're like family." Stays.
Varric

Post-Corypheus: Told him to "Focus on helping people." Stays.
Cassandra
Approval: Friendship. (Did not support her for Divine.)

Approval: Friendship. Took him to kill a Dragon. (He's in a romance with Dorian.)

Post-Corypheus: Asked him "Where do you want to go?" Stays.
Blackwall
Approval: Friendship.
Personal Quests: Had Josephine negotiate for his release to Inquisition custody. Pardoned Him.

Josephine
Personal Quests: Destroyed the contract.
Cullen
Personal Quests: Told Cullen that he didn't need Lyrium. Completed Before the Dawn, and used Dagna's rune on Sampson.

Everything unlocked except for the windows from The Last Court game in DA Keep.
