Different recolors of the Dracolisk mount

Permissions and credits

The MOD

The mod is a recolor of the Dracolisk mount.

It appears to be only one texture of the mount (Basking Longma) and the others seem to be recolored in game by the “tint” texture. This implies that changing something in one will change in all of them.

The first versions are:

- Demonic (red and black)
- Black and White
- Fuchsia
- Turquoise

INSTALLATION

Just pick one (only one) option and put it into you mods folder, then is the same as the other mods, load the Mod Manager (0.52) and merge.

Note: These mods are working with the latest patch release to date but I don’t have the Jaws of Haakon DLC so I can’t confirm if it works with it.

OPTIONAL

There are 4 separated eye textures for people who only want to change the eyes:

- Black
- Demonic
- Reptilian 1
- Reptilian 2

Note: The eye texture counts as a whole texture as well, you can’t pick 1 body texture + 1 eye texture since they are all part of the same file.
So, if you want a specific body texture with a specific eye texture let me know and I’ll try to put them together.

There is also a all-black saddle texture as an optional file.

EXTRA
For people who want to try mod this texture I’m leaving the Photoshop file of the original diffuse texture with the separated layers, just as I did with the Bog Unicorn Recolor, there you’ll find some basic instructions and all the files needed.
The files for this object are in:
/da3/factions/nature/biotic/creatures/c_hrs_longma/textures

Here is the mapped image as reference for help and maybe requests:

Note: These mounts also have a “tint” texture that adds extra colors and designs to the mount (like the “labyrinth lines” in the back and legs in the originals. As for now I can’t control what color it uses. What I can do is block it (leaving the "tint" texture all black), not showing them in game, or leave it as it is and running with the result that shows up in game. This is the “Basking Longma” texture so if we maintain its “tint” the result is an added dark-grey in the “labyrinth lines” and in the head and horns, as is shows in the “draconic version”.
