Vivienne de Tabris' dress from The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, ported onto the Shokra-Taar armor for human female characters. I've removed the frills from the sleeves and neck because the weights and clipping were causing problems. The weights are a little bit strange in the skirt, but they're similar to other dress-like vanilla models, such as Circle robes. Also, the shadow is broken, but this is a limitation of the game rather than a bug with the mod.
Use the "Equip Arishok Armor as" files from this mod by Padme4000 to replace the prologue armor, Skyhold outfit, and/or formalwear.
Comes with three recolors for the overdress: red, blue, and green, in addition to the default brown, and I've included the textures in case anyone wants to make additional retextures.
